Hayat

The Hayat platform is a mobile application and web platform, which aims to empower health workers with technologies to improve coverage of and access to Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH), immunization and child growth services, by digitalizing their routine operations. Hayat’s robust monitoring dashboard, the Hayat web portal, helps facilitate remote supervision by government staff and senior officials to improve transparency and accountability.

Hayat targets women of reproductive age and children under 2 years old in select areas of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

Hayat has been implemented by the Aga Khan University in collaboration with Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan and local government partners. It is funded by the Government of Canada, through the Grand Challenges Canada and the Aga Khan Foundation Canada.
