Salamat

Salamat is a digital health platform that connects parents with clinicians for help in three key areas of child development, covering child development, responsibility and medical support. The app focuses on improving the health and development of children across a range of age groups, including infants, toddlers, school-aged children, early adolescence, middle adolescence, etc. It includes questionnaires and provides access to resources for each age group through the parent/teacher interface.

dHRC designed and launched Salamat in select areas of Kyrgyz Republic in collaboration with the Aga Khan Foundation, Kyrgyz Republic (AKF, KR) in 2023. Salamat was implemented under the Foundations for Health and Empowerment (F4HE) Project, which prioritizes adolescent health as a key area.

Child Development Support

Salamat provides support to users in three key areas: child development, child responsibility, and child medical support.

Dual Modules

    The app consists of two modules:
  1. Parent & Teacher Module: Provides parents and teachers with access to age-specific resources and send queries to healthcare providers.
  2. Clinician Module: Helps physicians and healthcare workers offer consultations and support

Web-Based Admin Panel

Salamat's admin panel allows convenient management of records, clinician details, and user information.

Online Messaging

Parents can interact with healthcare providers via the app's messaging feature for guidance and support.

Announcement Section

An announcement section allows parents to keep abreast of vital child health and development notifications
